I'm not sure if I'd find this the most challenging, or the most exciting, it's identifying ways to increase corporate culture to the highest level of engagement amongst the generational differences within the organization. For example, working in parallel with the State of Maryland’s Testing Task Force, CIAN Diagnostics has been a key strategic partner in at least 6 major COVID-19 testing initiatives across the State, demonstrating our operational strength by conducting over 1.3 million individual COVID-19 RT-PCR tests on behalf of the State of Maryland alone.1.
